Pañalon, S.A. has formalized the acquisition of a majority stake in the company Caviny, S.L.
Caviny, S.L. is a company with 50 years of history, dedicated since its creation to serve the food industry, specializing in the transport of high-value-added products in food tankers. Located in Barcelona, with a strong regional presence, its area of work is mainly the Iberian Peninsula, southern France, and northern Italy. It is a renowned company, with a strong commitment to service and constant adaptation to the new needs of the sector and the industry it serves.
Pañalon, after a few years without a presence in the food transportation sector, returns to a familiar activity in which, due to the high level of specialization and professionalism it requires, we can play a relevant role in the coming years. We return with enthusiasm and renewed desire to evolve and consolidate a long-term solid project.
