You should not use this line to submit complaints or claims in relation to the transport services provided by the Pañalón Group, for which there is a section within the website.
The data of the incidents and complaints will be treated by Pañalón in an absolutely confidential manner, as established by the 02/2023 Law.
Anyone may report to the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants, A.A.I., or to the corresponding authorities or autonomous entities, the commission of any actions or omissions included in the scope of application of this law, either directly or after communication through the Ethic line.
