Today, September 21st, Transportes Santos S.A. finalized the purchase of the business unit and all transportation operations of Transportes Líquidos Campaña, S.L., which will take effect and become valid on October 1st, 2026.
This company, founded more than 30 years ago and managed from the very beginning by Mr. Rafael Campaña, is an historical company in the chemical transport sector in Spain. Located in Constantí, Tarragona, it operates throughout the country, with a strong presence and market position nationwide, particularly in Catalonia, where it has its origins and centre of operations. It has a fleet of more than 60 units, latest generation tanker trucks, and a staff of 70 highly experienced and dedicated professionals. It also boasts a portfolio of long-standing clients to whom it has been providing impeccable service for decades.
This team of professionals will join our operational and commercial structure as of October 1st, and Transportes Santos will assume full management responsibility from that date onward.
Our strategy is to grow and consolidate our position in the chemical and specialty transport sectors; this transaction strengthens and consolidates us in this direction, with greater presence, volume, and fleet capacity.
